Return and Refund

At Broojik Green, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping online for fashion accessories like crossbody bags can be tricky at times. That’s why we’ve designed a flexible and customer-friendly Return and Refund Policy to ensure that your shopping experience is secure, smooth, and worry-free.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not eligible for returns or refunds.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email our support team at connect@broojikgreen.com with your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective). Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or promotional codes
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank or card statement again
  • Contact your payment provider
